It's Learning Time by eduGAME (iTunes App Store | Universal | $1.99) is a learning game for students to practice telling time.
Level 1 – set the time to the hour
Level 2 – set the time to the 1/2-hour
Level 3 – set the time to the 1/4-hour
Level 4 – set the time to 5-minutes
Level 5 – set the time to the minute
Each level is completed setting the clock correctly 12 times.

- US/International (11:00, 11:15 etc) or UK (11 o’clock, quarter past 11 etc) times options
- Clearly spoken instructions (choice of American or British or American accent)
- Optional hand movement sound
- Matching 12 hour digital clock viewing option, to enable children to know for example that "37 minutes past 4" is the equivalent of 4:37.
- Instant feedback - Students can check their answer by pressing the yellow button in the middle of the screen to see if they are correct. If an answer is correct, the cuckoo bird comes out to say hello!
