The Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation have posted a gift guide for persons living with paraysis. This guide has tons of ideas to look at when thinking of purchasing a gift for anyone who is living with limited mobility or even cognitive disabilities. I like the Gamer's Section which includes the Wii (a great gift already adapted), and would also include an XBox 360 with Kinect.
