In honor of ISTE 2012, App of Approval is lowering the price for both of their apps. From June 23 - June 27 you can get Compare a Twist and Kids Journal for just $1. I reviewed Compare a Twist recently for #AppMondayTAS and though it was a great app. I have not tried Kid's Journal, but it looks great!
